does this dust cap work for connecting when there's already pressure in the line, or do you have to bleed it down first?

Up to 500 psi, you can connect the halves without bleeding down the line first. That connect-under-pressure capability is built into the 5100 Series design, so you're not stuck shutting down the system every time you need to make a connection. cap says it connects under pressure, how much pressure we talkin before it won't hook up no more?
