Featuring a tubular valve construction the Danfoss / Eaton Hansen 5100 Series Quick Disconnect Couplings Plug ensures minimal fluid loss during disconnection reducing environmental and worker safety hazards. Designed for use in hydraulics and fluid transfer on-highway hydraulic wet lines and bulk liquid transfer applications this coupling maintains system performance with low air inclusion during connection.

It is adapted to connect under pressure up to 500 psi offering flexibility even when the halves are pressurized. The standard body material is brass with steel valving components ensuring durability and reliability. Seal material options include Buna-N Vitonreg; and EPR with a minimum working temperature of -40deg;C making it suitable for various industrial environments.

does this coupling work on a dump truck wet line setup, or is it mainly for stationary equipment?
