This DANFOSS / EATON COUPLING is designed for quick connect and disconnect functionality without the need for special tools. It exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressures, ensuring reliable performance in demanding hydraulic applications.

Constructed from durable brass with Buna-N seals, this coupling is suitable for hydraulics and fluid transfer, on-highway hydraulic wet lines, dump and refuse vehicles, and bulk liquid transfer applications. It features a 2-way valve type and a thread-to-connect internal connection. Both ends are female NPTF with a size of 1/2 inch, and it offers a flow rate of 18 gallons per minute. It is designed to operate in a minimum working temperature of -40 degrees.

Will this fitting work okay for hydraulic fluid on my dump truck's wet line?

This DANFOSS / EATON coupling is definitely made for on-highway hydraulic wet lines, so you shouldn't have any problems using it for hydraulic fluid on your dump truck. Just double-check that the 1/2-inch NPTF female connections match your setup.
