DANFOSS / EATON COUPLING

Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic fluid transfer in demanding mobile equipment applications, the Danfoss / Eaton Coupling is part of the Hansen 5100 Series quick disconnect line. Built from brass with Buna-N seals, it is rated for a minimum working temperature of -40°F and suits environments where durability and fluid compatibility are essential.

This complete coupling features two female 1/8" NPTF ports and a thread-to-connect internal connection type, supporting a flow rate of 4 gallons per minute. The 2-way valve design allows quick connection and disconnection without special tools, and the coupling exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressure standards. Typical applications include on-highway hydraulic wet lines, dump and refuse vehicles, and bulk liquid transfer systems.
