DANFOSS / EATON COUPLING

Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic fluid transfer in demanding mobile applications, the Danfoss / Eaton Coupling is part of the Hansen 5100 Series quick disconnect line. Built from brass with Buna-N seals, this complete coupling handles a minimum working temperature of -40°F and is rated to exceed ISO 16028 operating pressures, making it well suited for on-highway hydraulic wet lines, dump and refuse vehicles, and bulk liquid transfer.

Both ends feature 1/4" female NPTF thread-to-connect ports, with a rated flow of 7 gallons per minute. The 2-way valve design allows quick connection and disconnection without special tools, streamlining fluid line management in the field. The Aeroquip sub-brand designation reflects Eaton's Hansen product lineage for this coupling series.

Hey, I'm swapping out some fittings on my rig, and just wanna make sure this Eaton coupling will actually fit. It says 1/4" NPTF, but wanna double-check?

Yes, this Danfoss / Eaton coupling does indeed have 1/4" female NPTF threads on both ends, so it should work for your application.
