Product Questions & Answers (1)
Question by: Dustin C on May 2, 2025, 7:55 PM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 LPM -- that enough for most press applications or is it gonna be a limiting factor?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 4, 2025, 8:01 AM
For a good range of press setups, 80 liters per minute holds up fine. Where it can become a bottleneck is in high-demand cycles where the actuator needs a big volume push in a short window. If your press is running moderate flow demands, this valve fits right in. The DG4V-3 series is also built with three- and four-way directional control options, so you have some flexibility in how the circuit is configured without needing to upsize the valve itself.
