Designed for symmetric inline connections, this Female Din Soft Seal Union from Adaptall provides a straight, union-style joining point between two DIN tube ends of the same size. Both sides carry an M16 x 1.5 thread with an L10 sizing designation and female DIN tube connections, making this fitting suitable for circuits where a removable union joint is needed without changing direction or reducing flow path size.
Constructed from steel, the fitting measures 43.5mm in overall length, with wrench flats of 19mm on the primary side and 16mm on the secondary side. The soft seal design accommodates a seal at each end, supporting leak-resistant assembly in hydraulic circuits where DIN metric fittings are standard. Its straight profile and matched dual-female configuration suit it for use in compact assemblies where a back-to-back union connection is required.

Question by: Wes H on Apr 13, 2025, 12:35 PM
Both ends on this thing are the same size and thread, that's what makes it a union, right? Just want to make sure I ain't missing something before I go putting it in the line.

You've got it right. Both sides are M16 x 1.5 with an L10 DIN tube connection, so it's a matched pair front to back. That's exactly what makes it function as a union. You can thread a DIN tube end into each side and get a straight, removable joint without any size change or direction shift in the line. Good choice when you need to be able to break that connection later without cutting anything.

trying to tie two same-size DIN tube ends together in a straight shot, is this the right kind of union?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 3, 2025, 6:13 AM
For a straight, inline union between two matching DIN tube ends, this one fits that job. It is a dual-female DIN tube union with M16 x 1.5 threads on both sides and an L10 size on both ends, so it joins same-size DIN tube connections without changing direction.
