Got a hydraulic line running metric DIN fittings that needs to tie into a BSPP-ported valve block. This adapter do that job straight out of the box?

That's what it's built for. One end is a female DIN tube fitting sized at M24 x 1.5 in a size 16 configuration, and the other end is a male BSPP thread at G 1/2-14. What size wrench do I need for this thing?
