Question by: Randy B on Jul 27, 2025, 9:17 AM
what's the thread difference between the two ends on this reducer? trying to figure out if it'll bridge what i got
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 28, 2025, 2:15 PM
One end runs M22 x 1.5 thread at an L15 size, and the other end is M18 x 1.5 at an L12 size. Both sides are DIN tube connections, so you're stepping down from the larger L15 female end to the smaller L12 male end. That's the whole point of this fitting, bridging those two DIN sizes in a straight run.

trying to step down from an L15 DIN tube size to L12, is this the right reducer?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 2, 2026, 6:06 AM
Yes, it matches that step-down. Side 1 is a female DIN tube connection sized L15 with M22 x 1.5 threads, and Side 2 is a male DIN tube connection sized L12 with M18 x 1.5 threads.
Question by: Tony J on Apr 11, 2025, 2:07 PM
Just want to make sure I'm understanding this right - one side's a M22 and the other is M18?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 13, 2025, 6:51 AM
that's correct. One side of this Adaptall reducer fitting has a M22 x 1.5 male DIN tube end, and the other side has a M18 x 1.5 female DIN tube end.
