both ends are M26 x 1.5 threads on this thing, right? just want to make sure before i order it

Correct on both counts. The male DIN side and the female DIN swivel side are both M26 x 1.5, size L18. So if your hose end and your port are both running that same thread spec, this fitting connects them straight through at a 90 degree angle without any adapters in between.
