got a branch tee situation on a hydraulic line and need something with M26 x 1.5 threads on all three ports, this the right part?

All three sides on this fitting do run M26 x 1.5 threads, so that part checks out. Two of the ports are male DIN tube connections and the third is female DIN tube, which is what gives you the swivel branch capability.
