Constructed from straight stainless steel, this reducer hex nipple connects a 1/2-14 Male NPTF thread on one end to a 3/8-18 Male NPTF thread on the other, making it well suited for hydraulic and industrial fluid systems that require a threaded size transition. Both threads conform to SAE J476, and the fitting is rated to 6,000 PSI dynamic pressure, appropriate for demanding service conditions.

The 08MP-06MP Hex Nipple from Brennan Industries features a hex body for wrench engagement during installation and an overall length of 1.700 mm. Stainless steel construction provides resistance to corrosion in harsh or moisture-exposed environments. California residents should note that this product is subject to Prop 65 requirements.
