Constructed from straight stainless steel, this reducing hex nipple connects 1" Male NPTF to 1/2" Male NPTF threads, making it well-suited for hydraulic and industrial fluid systems where a step-down connection between two male threaded ports is required. Both thread ends conform to SAE J476, with the larger end sized at 1-11½ and the smaller at 1/2-14.

The S/S 1" MP x 1/2" MP Nipple is rated to 3,000 PSI maximum dynamic pressure and carries a California Proposition 65 warning. Stainless steel construction supports use in corrosive or demanding service environments. Overall length is 2.090 inches. Manufactured by Brennan Industries under the 5404 Series.
