Does the male end on this adapter run 1-1/4 inch NPTF or is it something else? Trying to match up to an existing port and want to make sure before I order.

The male thread is 1-1/4-11-1/2 NPTF, and the female end steps down to 1-11-1/2 NPTF. Both conform to SAE J476, so if your existing port matches either of those sizes, you should have a solid fit.
