Constructed from stainless steel, this straight expander fitting connects a 2" Female NPTF port to a 1-1/2" Male NPTF port, allowing a step-up in line size within a single inline fitting. Both threads conform to SAE J476, making it compatible with standard NPTF hydraulic and fluid system connections. The Brennan 2" FNPT x 1-1/2" MP SS is rated for up to 2,000 PSI dynamic pressure, suited for moderate-pressure hydraulic and industrial fluid circuits where corrosion resistance is a priority.

Part of Brennan Industries' Series 5405, this fitting has an overall length of 2.630" and is well-suited for installations requiring a compact, durable expander in stainless steel construction. California residents should note that this product is subject to Prop 65 requirements.

Will this fitting hold up if it's run continuous at its max pressure rating?

While rated to 2,000 PSI, keep in mind that's a dynamic pressure. Continuous operation right at the limit might shorten its lifespan compared to running it lower. Best to factor in a safety margin if you're pushing it that hard all the time.
