got a 1-11-1/2 male NPTF port but i need to step it down to 3/8-18 female NPTF, is that what this bushing does?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 21, 2026, 6:14 PM
Function-wise, it is a reducer bushing with a male NPTF thread on one side (B1: 1-11-1/2) and a female NPTF thread on the other (B2: 3/8-18). Both threads are NPTF and called out to SAE J476, so it is meant to adapt between those two thread sizes.

what's the max pressure rating on this reducer bushing? got a line running pretty steady and need something that ain't gonna give out on me
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 4, 2025, 7:07 PM
Rated at 3,000 psi maximum dynamic pressure, so it holds up well in demanding hydraulic lines under continuous working loads. Built from straight steel by Brennan Industries, it's a solid piece for high-pressure runs where you can't afford a weak fitting in the chain.

What's the highest pressure this lil' fella can handle?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 10, 2026, 10:30 AM
This reducer bushing can handle a dynamic pressure up to 3,000 psi, so it's built for some pretty tough stuff.
