got a tight spot on a brass run, what exactly is this fitting and what threads are on it?

both ends on this thing are 1/4-18 NPTF right, or is one end a different size?

Both ends are the same size, 1/4-18, and both are NPTF thread type. One end is male and the other is female, which is what makes it a street elbow rather than a standard elbow.
