Danfoss Power Solutions (II LLC Aeroquip) presents the 5600 Series Industrial Interchange Quick Disconnect Female Half -12 Coupling 3/4-14 Female Pipe. Specifically designed for hydraulic fluid transfer in demanding environments it is well-suited for agricultural equipment construction machinery in-plant manufacturing and maintenance vehicles such as dump trucks and snow plows.

The Push-to-Connect design facilitates rapid and effortless connection and disconnection. Engineered to conform dimensionally to ISO standard 7241/1 Series A this coupling features a self-sealing poppet valve that ensures reliable sealing under both high and low pressure conditions. The streamlined valving system minimizes pressure drop optimizing performance.

Constructed from zinc-plated steel with zinc poppet guides and available with standard seal materials such as Buna-N EPR and Vitonreg; this quick disconnect coupling offers durability and versatility. The coupling size is -12 with both ends featuring a female gender and 3/4-14 thread type. With a maximum air inclusion of 10.00 cubic centimeters and fluid loss limited to 8.20 cubic centimeters this product is a dependable choice for fluid transfer applications.

does this thing work with standard NPT fittings or do I need something special on the pipe end?

The pipe end on this coupling is 3/4-14 female NPT, so it threads onto standard 3/4-14 male NPT fittings without any adapters. The connect side uses a push-to-connect ball latch, so that end just needs a compatible male half from the same 5600 Series or another ISO 7241/1 Series A plug. As long as your pipe side is 3/4-14 NPT male, you're good to go.
