The Danfoss / Eaton Hansen 5600 Series Quick Disconnect Couplings Socket offers a reliable and efficient solution for hydraulic fluid transfer applications. Featuring a self-sealing poppet valve this coupling ensures excellent sealing under both high and low pressure conditions.

The PUSH-PULLtrade; ball latch design allows for swift and effortless connection and disconnection of fluid lines. Designed to conform dimensionally to ISO standard 7241/1 Series A this product guarantees compatibility and reliability in various industrial settings.

Made from zinc-plated steel with zinc poppet guides (brass poppet guide in -04 size) it provides robust durability. The inclusion of Buna-N standard seal materials ensures long-lasting performance in diverse environments including agricultural and construction equipment as well as in-plant manufacturing and maintenance vehicles like dump and snow plows.

With a fluid loss of only 0.50 cubic centimeters and a rated flow of 1 this quick disconnect coupling minimizes pressure drops ensuring optimal fluid transfer efficiency. The 1/8-27 female pipe thread and push-to-connect end type facilitate easy installation and secure fitting.

What size wrench do I need to tighten this thing down?

The 5600 series socket has a 1/8-27 female pipe thread.

trying to figure out if this thing'll work on my ag equipment that runs standard hydraulic lines, any issue with that?

Agricultural equipment is actually one of the primary applications this coupling was built for. The 5600 Series conforms to ISO standard 7241/1 Series A dimensions, which means it plays well with other ISO Series A components in the field. The Buna-N seals hold up across a wide range of hydraulic fluids, and the self-sealing poppet valve keeps fluid loss down to just 0.50 cubic centimeters at disconnect. As long as your existing lines use 1/8-27 female pipe thread connections, this female half should fit right in.
