The 5600 Series Industrial Interchange Quick Disconnect, Female Half, -10 Coupling, 1/2-14 Female Pipe is designed for efficient hydraulic fluid transfer in demanding industrial applications.

Constructed from zinc plated steel, the coupling conforms to ISO standard 7241/1 Series A, ensuring dimensional accuracy. The streamlined valving structure reduces pressure drops, providing a rated flow of 12. The Buna-N seal material and standard body material deliver robust, long-lasting performance, fit for agricultural, construction, and in-plant manufacturing equipment.

Push-to-connect on the socket end and female pipe on the other, does that mean it'll thread straight into a 1/2 NPT port on my equipment?

That's exactly right. The body end uses a 1/2-14 female NPT thread, so it screws onto a standard 1/2-inch male NPT fitting or port. The other end is the push-to-connect socket side of the quick disconnect, which is where your male half of the coupling locks in. No adapters needed if your port is already 1/2 NPT male.

trying to swap out a worn socket on a -10 line. is this the female half with 1/2-14 female pipe threads?

This is the female (socket) half in the 5600 Series with a -10 coupling size and a 1/2-14 NPT female pipe thread connection.

does this thing work with standard NPT fittings or do I need something special to hook it up?

The female pipe end on this coupling is 1/2-14 NPT, so it threads right onto standard NPT connections without any adapter needed. The other end uses a push-to-connect style, which is how it mates up with the male half of the quick disconnect. As long as your hydraulic connections is running 1/2-14 NPT on the pipe side, you're in good shape.
