all three ports on this tee the same size, or do any of them run different?

Every port on this fitting is identical. All three are 1-1/4-11-1/2 female NPTF threads, drilled to 1.250 mm and built to SAE J476 spec. No reducers or adapters needed if your lines are already running that size on all three ends.
