does this socket work with the hansen 5600 series bodies, or do i need a different series altogether?

Ball lock internal connection and ISO 7241-1 Series A certification means it mates correctly with Hansen 5600 series couplings. The socket half uses a push-to-connect end on one side and a 9/16 SAE ORB port on the other, so as long as your body matches that series and your port fits a 9/16 ORB thread, you should be in good shape.
