Danfoss / Eaton Hydraulic Coupling

Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic fluid transfer across agricultural, construction, and in-plant manufacturing environments, this carbon steel female half coupling connects via a push-to-connect interface and terminates with a 1/2 in. NPT port. The 5/8 in. port size and ball lock internal connection type support reliable, tool-free coupling and decoupling at a rated flow of 12 gallons per minute.

The Danfoss / Eaton Hydraulic Coupling belongs to the Hansen 5600 Series and carries ISO 7241-1 Series A certification, meeting the pressure requirements set by ISO 16028. Buna-N seals provide broad fluid compatibility and support a minimum working temperature of -40°F, making this coupling well-suited for dump trucks, snow plows, and maintenance vehicles operating in cold conditions. The two-way valve design prevents spills during disconnect, and no special tools are required for connection or removal.

How fast can I push fluid through this thing? I'm running a pretty demanding setup.

This coupling is rated for a flow of 12 gallons per minute, so it should keep up with a good amount of hydraulic demand.
