Reckon this'll hold up alright in a hydraulic splitter?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 15, 2025, 9:01 AM
Designed for reliable sealing in hydraulic applications, this Buna-N O-ring should do the job. Just make sure the dimensions match what your splitter needs: 0.55 inch inner diameter, 0.82 inch outer diameter, and 0.14 inch width.

trying to swap out an old A-207 o-ring, is this the same one or am i gonna be off on size
Answer by: Customer Support on May 25, 2025, 5:30 PM
It matches the A-207 cross reference and it is the Hercules Sealing Products o-ring sold under supplier part number 568-207. Size is 9/16 inch nominal ID and 13/16 inch nominal OD, with actual measurements of 0.55 inch ID and 0.82 inch OD.
Question by: Rusty A on Dec 15, 2025, 8:09 AM
What are the actual dimensions on this o-ring? The nominal sizing never seems to match what I actually need to measure for.
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 16, 2025, 8:38 AM
Fair point on that. The actual inner diameter is 0.55 inch, the actual outer diameter is 0.82 inch, and the width comes in at 0.14 inch. The nominal figures listed are 9/16 inch ID and 13/16 inch OD with a 1/8 inch nominal width, but those actual measurements are what you want to go by when you're fitting it to a groove or checking clearances.
