flow rate on this one is listed at 227 liters per minute -- is that enough for most standard hydraulic pressure relief setups or is that on the lower end?

For a wide range of industrial hydraulic circuits, 227 litres per minute is genuinely capable flow capacity. Pressure relief and regulating valves at this size class handle the majority of mid-to-heavy duty applications without issue.
