flow rate on this one is listed at 284 LPM, that enough for most standard hydraulic relief setups or is it on the lower end?

For a good chunk of pressure relief applications, 284 litres per minute is plenty. This valve is built to limit circuit pressure to a set maximum, so as long as your system flow demands fall within that range, you're in solid shape. It's not a low-capacity unit by any stretch.

Will this handle 250 liters per minute without issues?
