Constructed from steel in a straight configuration, this fitting connects a 5/8" Male ORFS thread (1-14 UNS) to a 1/2" Male BSPP thread (G 1/2-14) and includes a seal for a secure, leak-resistant connection. The Male Orfs X Male BSPP C/W Seal is an Adaptall product, suited for hydraulic lines where these two thread standards must be joined without additional sealing components.

With an overall length of 39.4mm and a 27mm CH width, the fitting is compact enough for use in space-constrained assemblies. The included seal eliminates the need for separate face seal hardware at the ORFS end, simplifying installation in hydraulic circuits.

got a machine running ORFS hydraulic lines but the port I'm connecting to is BSPP, does this fitting come with everything needed to make that joint without sourcing a separate seal?

The seal is included with the fitting, so nothing extra is needed at the ORFS face seal end. One side is a 5/8" Male ORFS thread (1-14 UNS) and the other is a 1/2" Male BSPP (G 1/2-14), both male, straight configuration. Steel construction throughout. You thread one end into your BSPP port and the other connects into your ORFS line, and the included seal handles the face seal requirement right there without adding hardware.

trying to hook an ORFS line to a BSPP port. is this the fitting that does 5/8 ORFS over to 1/2 BSPP?

For that thread combo, it matches up. Side 1 is a 5/8 inch Male ORFS with 1-14 UNS threads, and side 2 is a 1/2 inch Male BSPP with G 1/2-14 threads, in a straight steel adapter.
