Male Orfs X Male Bspp C/W Seal

Description & Features

Constructed from steel in a straight configuration, this 3/4" Male Orfs X Male BSPP C/W Seal adapter provides a reliable threaded connection between ORFS and BSPP hydraulic circuits. Side one features a 1-13/16–12 UN male ORFS thread, while side two carries a G 3/4–14 male BSPP thread, with a seal included to support a leak-resistant joint at the ORFS end.

Manufactured by Adaptall, the fitting measures 45.2mm in overall length with a 36mm ch width, making it well-suited for use in hydraulic systems where ORFS and BSPP connection standards must be joined within a compact installation envelope. The straight body simplifies routing in tight or inline configurations.

Got a machine running BSPP fittings on one end and ORFS on the other, this the kind of adapter that'll bridge them two together without needing extra pieces in between?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 26, 2025, 6:36 AM
That's what this one's built for. One end is a 3/4" male ORFS thread, the other is a 3/4" male BSPP, so it connects those two circuit types directly in a single straight fitting. No additional adapters needed in between. The ORFS side also comes with a seal included, which helps keep that connection tight without having to track down a separate sealing component.

trying to hook an ORFS hose up to a BSPP port, is this the right adapter or am i mixed up
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 1, 2025, 8:26 PM
For joining those two thread standards, it’s a straight steel adapter with a male ORFS end and a male BSPP end. Side 1 is a 3/4 inch male ORFS with 1-13/16 - 12 UN threads, and side 2 is a 3/4 inch male BSPP with G 3/4 - 14 threads, so it’s meant for exactly an ORFS to BSPP connection.

Will this fitting hold up in a hydraulic setup that sees pretty consistent use?

Built from steel, this Adaptall adapter is designed to provide a reliable connection in hydraulic systems, particularly where you're joining ORFS and BSPP standards.
