Designed for connecting ORFS and BSPP threaded hydraulic lines in a straight configuration, this Male Orfs X Male Bspp C/W Seal adapter from Adaptall bridges two widely used thread standards in a single compact fitting. Side one presents a 1-7/16-12 UN male ORFS thread in a 1" nominal size, while side two carries a G 3/4-14 male BSPP thread at 3/4" nominal, covering a common cross-standard sizing requirement in hydraulic circuits.

Constructed from steel, the fitting measures 50.1mm in length with a 38mm across-flats wrench width, making it compatible with standard tooling. trying to hook an ORFS hose up to a BSPP port, is this the right straight adapter for that

For tying two thread standards together in a straight run, this one matches a male ORFS on one end and a male BSPP on the other. Side 1 is 1-7/16-12 UN male ORFS in a 1 inch nominal size, and side 2 is G 3/4-14 male BSPP in a 3/4 inch nominal size.

What kinda material is this made from?

Got a piece of equipment running BSPP ports on one end and ORFS fittings on the other, does this adapter hook them up direct, or do I need something in between?

Straight connection, nothing extra needed. One end is a 1-7/16-12 UN male ORFS thread at 1" nominal, the other is a G 3/4-14 male BSPP thread at 3/4" nominal. The adapter bridges those two standards in a single fitting, so no intermediate pieces or conversion hardware required. It comes with a seal already included for the ORFS side, so you're not hunting down a separate washer or compound to make that end leak-resistant.
