Designed for connecting ORFS and BSPP threaded hydraulic lines in a straight configuration, this Male Orfs X Male Bspp C/W Seal adapter from Adaptall bridges two widely used thread standards in a single compact fitting. Side one presents a 1-7/16-12 UN male ORFS thread in a 1" nominal size, while side two carries a G 3/4-14 male BSPP thread at 3/4" nominal, covering a common cross-standard sizing requirement in hydraulic circuits.
Constructed from steel, the fitting measures 50.1mm in length with a 38mm across-flats wrench width, making it compatible with standard tooling. The included seal supports a reliable, leak-resistant connection at the ORFS interface without requiring additional sealing compounds. This type of adapter is well suited to hydraulic systems where components sourced to different international thread standards must be joined without intermediate conversions or additional fittings.

trying to hook an ORFS hose up to a BSPP port, is this the right straight adapter for that
Answer by: Customer Support on May 18, 2025, 6:45 AM
For tying two thread standards together in a straight run, this one matches a male ORFS on one end and a male BSPP on the other. Side 1 is 1-7/16-12 UN male ORFS in a 1 inch nominal size, and side 2 is G 3/4-14 male BSPP in a 3/4 inch nominal size.

What kinda material is this made from?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 3, 2025, 9:16 AM
It's made from steel, so it ought to hold up well in most hydraulic applications.
Question by: Daryl J on Mar 17, 2026, 1:38 PM
Got a piece of equipment running BSPP ports on one end and ORFS fittings on the other, does this adapter hook them up direct, or do I need something in between?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 19, 2026, 6:05 AM
Straight connection, nothing extra needed. One end is a 1-7/16-12 UN male ORFS thread at 1" nominal, the other is a G 3/4-14 male BSPP thread at 3/4" nominal. The adapter bridges those two standards in a single fitting, so no intermediate pieces or conversion hardware required. It comes with a seal already included for the ORFS side, so you're not hunting down a separate washer or compound to make that end leak-resistant.
