Designed for hydraulic systems requiring a directional change at the connection point, this 90° adjustable elbow bridges a 1" Male ORFS port to a 3/4" Male BSPP port. The 90*Male Orfs X Mbspp Adj Elbow is manufactured from steel, offering reliable mechanical integrity in demanding fluid power environments.
Thread callouts are 1-7/16–12 UN on the ORFS side and G 3/4–14 on the BSPP side. The adjustable configuration allows the elbow angle to be oriented during installation, which aids routing flexibility without compromising the sealed connection. Key dimensions include a CH1 width of 36.5mm, CH2 width of 35mm, L1 length of 41mm, and L2 length of 58mm. Supplied by Adaptall, this fitting suits industrial hydraulic circuits where cross-standard port compatibility between ORFS and BSPP connections is required.

Product Questions & Answers (1)
Question by: Shawn A on Feb 3, 2026, 6:02 AM
Got a machine running ORFS ports on the hydraulic block, but the line coming off it has BSPP threads, does this fitting actually bridge those two standards, or am I looking at the wrong part?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 4, 2026, 2:41 PM
That's exactly what this elbow is built for. One side is 1" Male ORFS with a 1-7/16–12 UN thread, and the other side is 3/4" Male BSPP running G 3/4–14. Both sides are male, so you'd be threading into female ports on each end. If your block has a 1" female ORFS port and your line terminates in a 3/4" female BSPP port, this fitting connects them with a 90 degree turn built right in.
