Got a piece of imported equipment with a 14mm metric port and I need to tie it into a line that's running ORFS fittings. This the right adapter for that?

That's what this one's built for. One end is a 1/4" Male ORFS with a 9/16-18 UNF thread, and the other is a 14mm Male Metric Sealed running M14 x 1.5. Steel construction, straight configuration.
