Question by: Sheila S on Jun 21, 2025, 1:38 PM
What kind of applications is this valve typically used for? I work in a foundry.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 23, 2025, 6:43 AM
This valve is applicable for die casting and foundry work. It's also used in machine tools, marine/offshore environments, presses, primary metal applications, paper mills, test equipment and simulation setups, and turbine control systems like wind, steam, or water.
Question by: Wade W on Dec 4, 2025, 9:32 AM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 530 LPM, that right? trying to make sure it'll keep up with our press system before we order
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 5, 2025, 11:05 AM
Yeah, 530 litres per minute is the rated flow for this one. That puts it well into the range for heavy-duty press applications, which is actually one of the listed use cases for this valve. If your system is running within that ceiling, you should be in good shape on flow capacity.
