both sides of the tee got the same 9/16-18 UNF thread, so does that mean they're both ORFS connections or is one of em different?

Both side connections are male ORFS at 9/16-18 UNF, yes. The branch connection coming off the middle is where things differ. That one's a male G 1/4-19 BSPP thread, so you're working with two different thread standards in the same fitting. Keeps your main ORFS line running straight through while the branch taps off in BSPP.
