Wondering if this valve can handle hydraulic oil with some moisture in it?

It's made with moisture-resistant materials and Buna-N seals, so it should hold up reasonably well even if there's some moisture present in the hydraulic fluid. It's always best to keep the system as dry as possible, but this valve offers a bit more resilience.
