VICKERS COIL

Description & Features

Designed for continuous duty in demanding mobile and industrial environments, this Eaton Vickers Coil features an internally rectified design and a compact form factor suited for integration into tight valve assemblies. It is commonly specified for use in harvesters, refuse haulers, and a range of mobile hydraulic systems where reliable solenoid actuation is required.

The compact construction allows for straightforward fitment without adding unnecessary bulk to the valve stack. Rated for continuous duty, it is built to handle sustained energization cycles typical of mobile equipment applications. The internally rectified circuitry eliminates the need for external rectification components, simplifying installation into AC-supplied systems.

This Vickers Coil is an Eaton Vickers component, also cross-referenced under alternate part number C1BW86.

Question by: Harold F on Feb 9, 2026, 5:11 PM
coil rated for continuous duty or is it gonna burn up if I run it all day long?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 11, 2026, 6:56 AM
Continuous duty is exactly what this coil is built for. Running it all day in a demanding cycle won't be a problem. That's part of what makes it a solid fit for applications like refuse haulers and harvesters where the equipment just doesn't stop.
Question by: Bonnie E on Jul 24, 2025, 4:11 PM
Will this coil work on different kinds of equipment, or is it mostly for one type?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 26, 2025, 6:29 AM
Typically, these Vickers coils are found in harvesters and refuse haulers, but they're also used in both mobile and industrial applications.
