A straight hydraulic adapter designed to connect a 5/16 in. Male JIC SAE 37-degree flare (1/2-20, SAE J514) to a 3/8 in. Male SAE O-Ring Boss thread (3/4-16, SAE J514), the 05MJ-08MORB Straight is well suited for hydraulic lines where these two thread forms must be joined without a change in direction. Constructed from steel, it carries a maximum dynamic pressure rating of 6,000 PSI and uses an NBR O-ring seal on the ORB end to provide a reliable, leak-resistant connection.

Manufactured by Brennan Industries and part of the 6400-O series, this fitting meets Proposition 65 requirements for California buyers. The straight configuration keeps installations compact where inline routing is preferred.

Reckon this fitting would hold up alright for connecting a hydraulic line on my tractor? Just need somethin' reliable that won't leak.
