This adapter uses a 7/8-14 Male JIC SAE 37-degree flare on one side and a 3/4-16 Male SAE O-ring boss on the other, both conforming to SAE J514 specs.

trying to swap an adapter out, will this one go from 7/8-14 male JIC flare over to 3/4-16 male ORB?

Functionally, it is a straight adapter that connects a 7/8-14 Male JIC SAE 37 degree flare end (SAE J514) to a 3/4-16 Male SAE O-ring boss end (also SAE J514), using an NBR O-ring on the ORB side for sealing.
