what's the thread setup on this adapter, both ends?

One end runs a 1/2-20 Male SAE O-Ring Boss, built to SAE J514 spec. The other end is a 1/4-18 Male NPTF, which follows SAE J476. So you've got an ORB port on one side and a pipe thread fitting on the other, which makes it handy when you're bridging two different connection types in a hydraulic line.
