what's the thread setup on this adapter, one end male ORB and the other a JIC swivel?

Both ends are 1-1/16-12. One side is a Male SAE O-Ring Boss and the other is a Female JIC Swivel with a 37 degree flare. Both threads conform to SAE J514, so you're working with a standardized connection on each end. The adapter is part of Brennan's 6402-O series and comes with an NBR O-ring already included for the ORB side seal.
