What kind of thread setup does this adapter have on each end, and will it work going from an O-ring boss port to an NPTF line?

One end is a 1-5/8-12 female SAE O-ring boss, built to SAE J514. The other end is a 1-1/4-11-1/2 male NPTF, built to SAE J476.
