Designed for sealing unused ports in hydraulic manifolds, valves, and fittings, the 08Morb Hollow Hex Plug provides a reliable, pressure-rated closure for 1/2" Male O-Ring Boss (ORB) port connections. The hollow hex drive allows installation with a standard hex key or Allen wrench, making it well suited for confined mounting surfaces where a wrench-flat plug would be difficult to seat.

O-Ring Boss fittings are widely used in hydraulic circuits where leak-free sealing is critical. This plug retains a face-seating O-ring that conforms to the port surface, minimizing the risk of thread-induced leakage common with tapered thread designs. Will this plug hold up in a hydraulic system running at, say, 3000 psi?
