Description & Features

Designed for straight-through connections in hydraulic systems, this steel union fitting features identical Female SAE O-Ring Boss threads on both ends, 1-5/16-12 (SAE J514), making it well suited for joining two female ORB ports or accommodating inline routing where a rigid, leak-resistant seal is required. The O-ring boss configuration provides a reliable metal-to-face seal at each connection point, commonly preferred in high-pressure hydraulic circuits where thread-sealing compounds are not practical.

Manufactured by Brennan Industries from straight steel, the OAL 2.10 has an overall length of 1.950 mm and a thread drill diameter of 0.844 mm on both ends. Part of the Brennan 6425 Series, this fitting conforms to SAE J514 on both connection ends. California residents should note that this product is subject to Proposition 65 requirements.

Will this fitting hold up in a high-pressure hydraulic system where thread sealant isn't really an option?
