Just want to make sure this elbow fitting will work with my existing JIC setup. Both my lines are 37-degree flare.

That's right, this 90-degree elbow is made to fit right into JIC setups. It's got a male JIC 37-degree flare on one side and a female JIC swivel 37-degree flare on the other, both sized at 1-1/16-12, so you should be good to go.
