The 08MP-10FJS 90 Deg Elbow offers reliable performance with high-quality steel forging construction. Got a 1/2 NPTF male port on a manifold block and need to swing a JIC line off it at a right angle, this the right fitting for that?

That setup is exactly what this elbow is built for. One end threads into your 1/2-14 NPTF port on the block, and the other gives you a 7/8-14 Female JIC swivel at 90 degrees so your hose or tube line can come off clean without fighting the angle. The swivel end uses a 37 degree flare seat per SAE J514, so it'll mate up correctly with a standard JIC fitting on your line. Steel forging construction keeps it solid under the kind of load you'd expect in a working hydraulic circuit.
