trying to swap out a fitting, is this one a 3/8-18 male NPTF on one end and a 9/16-18 female JIC swivel on the other?

On the pipe-thread side it is male NPTF with a 3/8-18 thread (SAE J476). The other end is a female JIC swivel with a 37 degree flare, 9/16-18 thread (SAE J514).

What size is that thread on the swivel end? Just wanna make sure it'll fit my setup.
