A straight stainless steel fitting designed for hydraulic systems requiring corrosion-resistant connections between NPTF and JIC line ends. The 06FP-08FJS Stainless accepts a 3/8-18 Female NPTF thread on one end, conforming to SAE J476, and a 3/4-16 Female JIC Swivel 37-degree flare on the other, conforming to SAE J514. The swivel design on the JIC end allows for easier installation and alignment without rotating the connected line.

Manufactured by Brennan Industries as part of the 6506 Series, this fitting is constructed from stainless steel, making it well suited for hydraulic circuits exposed to moisture, aggressive fluids, or environments where carbon steel fittings would be prone to corrosion. The hex across-flats dimension of 0.875 inches facilitates standard wrench engagement during installation.

Will this here fitting hold up if I'm usin' it with some pretty harsh chemicals?
