got a hose end thats 3/4-14 female pipe, will this fitting mate up on that side?

On the pipe-thread side, it has a female NPTF thread in 3/4-14, built to SAE J476, so it matches a 3/4-14 NPTF connection.

got a 3/4 NPTF port on my pump housing and need to run a JIC swivel line off it, this the right fitting to make that happen?

That's what this fitting does. One end is a 3/4-14 female NPTF thread built to SAE J476, and the other is a 1-3/16-12 female JIC swivel with a 37-degree flare conforming to SAE J514. So if you've got a male NPTF stub on your pump and a male JIC tube end coming in from the other side, this straight fitting bridges those two connections in one piece.
