What kind of threads does this fitting have on each end, and do they match up to standard hydraulic line connections?

One end runs female NPTF at 1-11-1/2 threads per inch, built to SAE J476. The other end is a female JIC swivel with a 37-degree flare, sized at 1-5/16-12, conforming to SAE J514. Both are widely used thread types in hydraulic hydraulic connections, so they slot into standard NPTF pipe connections on one side and JIC flare fittings on the other without any adapter gymnastics.
