both ports on this thing are female? just want to make sure before I order, got a 2 inch NPTF line on one end and a 2-1/2 JIC swivel on the other

Correct on both counts. The B1 port is a 2-11-1/2 Female NPTF thread meeting SAE J476, and the B2 port is a 2-1/2-12 Female JIC Swivel with a 37-degree flare meeting SAE J514. So yes, both ends are female, which means you'll need male-threaded fittings on whatever you're connecting to each side.
