Danfoss / Eaton Brass Adapter

Description & Features

A 90-degree elbow adapter configuration connects a 9/16 in. SAE male end to a 3/8 in. female line/hose/tube end, making the Danfoss / Eaton Brass Adapter well suited for directional fluid line routing in compact hydraulic assemblies. The brass construction provides reliable performance across a broad range of hydraulic media, while Dura-Kote plating adds a layer of corrosion resistance beyond what standard brass finishes typically offer.

Manufactured under the Eaton Aeroquip brand, this fitting meets and exceeds SAE pressure standards, supporting higher operating pressures than baseline SAE requirements. The 0.75 in. drop dimension and 0.63 in. hex size are consistent with common hydraulic line configurations, and the fitting's design is part of a broad Aeroquip product family with hundreds of compatible styles, useful when building or standardizing multi-component assemblies.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Janice B on Jun 27, 2025, 4:09 PM
What kind of connection does this adapter make, and what sizes are we talking about on each end?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 29, 2025, 12:39 PM
One end is a 9/16 SAE male fitting, and the other is a 3/8 female line/hose/tube connection. The whole thing turns at a 90 degree angle, so it works real well when you need to redirect a hose run without fighting for clearance. Brass construction throughout, and it carries Eaton Aeroquip's Dura-Kote plating to help hold up against corrosion.
